The Omicron Eta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated founded the Omicron Eta Omega Fund in 1998. It was established to address societal needs, by helping children build better futures, become better students and citizens and to have a positive impact on the community as a whole. In 2013, the organization changed its name to the Ivy Foundation of St. Louis.
